Chalkboard Sign

Hi friends, I made a fall inspired chalkboard sign using foam board and a box shelf that I purchased way back when.

It is Apple & Pumpkin Picking Season

This is the shelf I used.
It's cute huh?

I measured and cut to size so the board fits snug inside the box.

Here is what I used
You need two coats of paint. When using chalkboard paint make sure you wait 1 hour between each coat.
And 24 hours before you can write on it.  I got a little impatient and wrote on it that same day.  Not a good idea.

After I waited ........ I drew this master piece (ha ha)

Happy Apple and Pumpkin Picking!
