Healthy Breakfast Recipe

 Are you looking for a healthy recipe for breakfast?  How about a bowl of yogurt, fruit, honey and nuts!  Not only is this recipe nutritious, it's super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:

One cup of plain nonfat yogurt 

Fruit of your choice

Honey

Walnuts or Almonds

Mint/optional


Place the yogurt in a bowl and add the fruit




 Add the nuts

Add the honey and gently stir


Add fresh mint if you'd like

Eat, enjoy and conquer the world!


Oh, don't forget your coffee!
